You have 14 days from delivery to return your device for a full refund, no questions asked. The device must be returned in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, complete our Withdrawal Form and email us at contact@irefurb.com. For full details, see our General Terms and Conditions.

Yes! Every device sold by iRefurb comes with a 12-month warranty covering any hardware defects or malfunctions. If something goes wrong, just contact us at contact@irefurb.com or use our Service Request form and we'll take care of it.

We currently ship to Slovakia and Czech Republic. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 1-3 business days.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
